Submission Preparation Checklist
Authors are required to ensure that their submission complies with the following checklist before submitting to TJESDS:
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
- The manuscript follows the journal’s formatting guidelines (font, spacing, margins, citation style, etc.).
- The title page includes the manuscript title, full names of all authors, institutional affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author.
- An abstract of not more than 250 words is included.
- Keywords (4-6) relevant to the manuscript content are provided.
- Ethical approval has been obtained for studies involving human participants or animals, and a statement is included in the manuscript.
- Any funding sources and potential conflicts of interest are clearly disclosed.
- The manuscript file is in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- A cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief is included, stating the significance of the manuscript and confirming originality.
- Author contribution statement is included, specifying the role of each author.
- Supplementary materials (if any) are properly labeled and submitted.

Authors who publish with the Transdisciplinary Journal of Education and Sustainable Development Studies (TJESDS) retain the copyright of their work. However, by submitting their manuscript and upon acceptance, authors grant TJESDS a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the work in print and electronic formats.

All articles published in TJESDS are under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to:

3. Author Rights
Authors retain the right to:
Reuse the content in future works (e.g., books, lectures, teaching materials)
Post a preprint or the final published version on personal or institutional websites
Distribute the article for scholarly purposes, provided that the original source is acknowledged
4. Permissions
For any third-party content (e.g., figures, tables, excerpts) included in submitted manuscripts, it is the responsibility of the authors to obtain the necessary permissions and ensure proper citation.
5. Archiving and Access
TJESDS ensures the long-term preservation and accessibility of published content through electronic archiving and open-access platforms. All published articles are freely available online immediately upon publication.
6. Breach of Copyright
TJESDS is committed to upholding the rights of authors and publishers. Alleged breaches of copyright or plagiarism will be investigated thoroughly and may result in retraction or removal of the article from the journal database.
